Our portfolio of stores includes logo souvenir and sundry shops, apparel, shoe and accessory boutiques and Harley-Davidson stores.We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Operations Department. This is an entry level position working primarily with Store Operations, Construction/Facilities and Visual teams by executing various duties such as budget reconciliation, order tracking, fulfilment of store supplies, and phone follow up with vendors, etc.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must:Be extremely computer literate and fluent in Word, Outlook and ExcelBe meticulously detail oriented and organizedBe able to multi-task and prioritize, taking on projects from more than one supervisor at a timeBe professional in both verbal and written communicationsHigh School diploma or GED required. Membership Counselor (Las Vegas)
The Membership Counselor is responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. Membership Counselors generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for obtaining leads from within the community using company provided tools/programs. (i.e. Lead Box Program, Community outreach/Local Promotions, Corporate Sales on-sites). Responsible for generating leads/new business internally through member promotions, referrals and the dissemination of guest passes. Must be comfortable contacting leads generated via the phone. Must consistently achieve or exceed personal sales goals. Must tour potential members through the club and describe the facility, equipment, services and amenities. Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
